The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials seeks to hire an implementation analyst to support its National Transportation Product Evaluation Program or NTPEP and an administrative assistant for its Publications division. Both job positions are at located at the organization’s Washington, D.C., headquarters.
The implementation analyst will be responsible for the implementation of new products, monitor the sustainability of current NTPEP technical committees, and serve as a liaison for several NTPEP technical committees, as well as provide support for AASHTO’s Committee on Materials and Pavements.
Candidates for this position should have a minimum of three to six years of experience in a technical or engineering-related field and an engineering degree or a degree in a related technical or scientific discipline is desired.
The Publications administrative assistant is responsible for a number of duties, such as working with third-party fulfillment contractors, scheduling and distributing publications in print and digital formats, fielding customer service questions, distributing mail and performing receptionist duties as needed.
A high school diploma is required for this position, with a minimum of three to five years of administrative experience in an office environment requested.
