The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials plans to hold its 2024 Agency Administration Conference from October 7 to October 10 in Salt Lake City.

The annual Agency Administration Conference provides a unique opportunity for participants to collaborate on pressing matters and challenges affecting state departments of transportation and other agencies while also providing dedicated tracks and sessions regarding civil rights, human resource management, and other personnel disciplines.
AASHTO added that plenary sessions at the meeting include “The Impacts of Artificial Intelligence” and “Employee Psychological Safety.”
There are also five concurrent sessions on various agency administration topics including organizational health; public engagement and partnering; data management; the future of civil rights and equity programs; emerging technology and innovation; and employee development and engagement.
