The National Operations Center of Excellence (NOCoE) along with the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the Intelligent Transportation Society of America will jointly host the third annual Transportation Technology Tournament from February to August 2020.

The NOCoE is a partnership of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, the Institute for Transportation Engineers, and ITS America, with support from the Federal Highway Administration.
NOCoE offers a suite of resources to serve the transportation systems management and operations or TSMO community, including technical services such as peer exchange workshops and webinars, ongoing assessments of best practices in the field, and on-call assistance.
Teams of students from community colleges, technical schools, and universities will work directly with state and local departments of transportation or transit agencies to use TSMO solutions to solve real-world transportation problems.
