The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, an equal opportunity employer, is currently seeking to hire an administrative coordinator for engineering, a position located in its Washington, D.C., headquarters.
AASHTO said the administrative coordinator would entail a wide range of duties that includes providing support to its division of engineering and technical services by updating and managing information in databases, spreadsheets, and on web sites related to the membership and finances of programs within the Division of Engineering and Technical Services.
They would also assist in scheduling and tracking meetings, webinars, and conference calls for committees and technical service programs.

AASHTO said successful candidates for this position will have a minimum of two years’ experience working in an administrative role in a technical environment with specific experience in database management and web content maintenance. Knowledge or understanding of association work is preferred and an associate’s degree is required, with bachelor of arts or science degree preferred
