For the first time, the Idaho Transportation Department is using video to help communicate its annual efforts to improve the safety, mobility, and economic opportunity of Idaho’s citizens via the state’s transportation system.

The eight-minute video highlights the agency’s many achievements in fiscal year 2020, as well as providing a “high level look” at the department’s customer-focused performance measures.
The report also shows how ITD navigated the challenges brought on by COVID-19 in 2020 – keeping Idaho’s ports of entry open and operating in order to continue providing needed services to Idaho’s citizens throughout the pandemic.
